All our pizzas are made fresh before your guests eyes. We make our own dough, our own sauce. Our fresh vegetable toppings are roasted over the wood fire as the oven heats up.
We make thin crust pizza, which we serve buffet style on tables adjacent to the oven. We bring a variety of toppings and make whatever appeals to your guests. We begin with some traditional favorties, we do some white pies like broccoli and garlic, and we do some more contemporary pies.

This is not a gimmick to sell mediocre pizza but a system designed by one of New Haven's best caterers to produce the best pizza possible. We began with an Italian made oven that rivals any of those on Wooster Street. Its high heat and all brick interior produce a crust that is at once crisp around the exterior but moist and flavorful inside.
