The big Green Truck is a division of Douglas Coffin Inc. a full service catering company with over 15 years of experience. Should you want to offer a casual menu combining our pizza with variety of grilled items or a lobster bake we could do that for you. We can handle it all. Give us an idea of what you want and we'll be happy to put together a quote.

We can work with other caterers to offer you a pizza station. We can make smaller size pies for hors douerves or we can do our usual size. We can do both simple cheese pies and gourmet ones from our large selection of toppings - whatever makes your guests happy.
A cappuccino and gelato bar at your wedding!

Brunches for the day after
Looking for a fun casual way to do a rehearsal dinner? Consider pizza! Everyone loves it, we can keep serving all evening so no one has to worry about getting there on time, we don't need an exact count so there's no pressure to decide the guest list, there's no need for formal seating or fancy service, everyone can just relax and have fun!
Need to invite out of town guests over the next day? With the Big Green Truck you don't need to worry about how many are coming or when. Book us for lunch and forget about it. We'll make pizzas all afternoon for whoever shows up. Want to get started earlier, we can provide such traditional brunch fare as scones, fresh fruit and frittatas as well as cappuccinos and espressos.
