We book on a first come, first serve basis and cannot guarantee availability. For peak periods (summer) we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible.
How far in advance do I have to book?

How do I book a party?
If the date I want is booked, do you have a waiting list?
Yes, we can put you on a waiting list in case of any cancellations.
How much is it if I have less than 50 people?
Our package pricing is for 50 people or less, so the price for 30 people is the same as 50.
What if I need to cancel?
We require a minimum of 30 days notice to cancel your event for your deposit to be returned.
What is your minimum number of people?
We have no minimum number, but our base charge is for 50 people regardless of guest count.
When do you need to know our final count?
One week prior to your party, unless the change demands an additional truck (based on availability).
Each truck is able to service a maximum of 125 people. If you have more than 125 people, you will need to order a second truck depending upon availability, third truck, etc. We currently have five trucks in operation.
What is your maximum party number?
Do I have to pay full price for children?
Kids under 5 are free and children ages 5 – 11 are counted 2-for-1.
Do you do parties outside of Connecticut?
We currently only serve in the State of Connecticut.
WEATHER
Yes, we can bring pizzas into the house, a tent or other covered area. Depending on truck location an extra staff member may be needed.
Can you bring pizzas inside?
Can you come earlier than it says on the calendar?
This is entirely dependent on the circumstances. Please call us and we’ll be happy to discuss your event.
We have an awning that extends over our work area to protect the area in front of the oven, but we do not have protection against the wind or covers for the serving table(s).
What happens if it rains?
Can you pull up to my garage?
We can pull up close to a building or garage, but we cannot pull inside a building because of our chimney.
PARKING
Can you park on the street in front of my house?
Yes, as long as the road is reasonably level and there is room for our prep tables, as well as space for cars to pass by.
If the ground is level and firm enough, yes. However, please be aware of the the weight of the truck is 14,000 lbs. If you have septic systems or in ground sprinkler systems, we are not responsible for damage.
Can you park in the backyard?
Our truck is about 8 feet wide. and 22 feet long the height with the chimney is 14 feet high. For a drawing of our truck dimensions, click here.

Do you offer vegan options?
Yes, however we do not supply vegan cheese.
Do you do gluten free pizzas?
Yes, please make sure to request gluten free crust for your event.
Are you nut free?
Yes, however please let us know in advance of any allergies. Also, we use a basil sauce not a pesto.
We also offer salad and gelato. If you would like any other food added, feel free to reach out to us for menu options and pricing.

Do you take requests for pizzas?
Yes, after the initial twenty minutes we happily take requests.
Yes, we work with a baker that makes specialty custom cookies and cakes upon request. Pricing varies. Portfolio samples available upon request.
Do you do other desserts aside of gelato?
TRUCKS
Did you buy them like this or did you make them yourself?
Each truck has a unique history. We purchased, restored, and outfitted each with the equipment to become the mobile pizzerias they are today.
How many trucks do you have?
Currently, we have 5 pizza trucks and one beverage truck in operation.
OTHER
We use basic white plates and plastic utensils, common at pizzerias. We can use any plates or utensils you provide as well.
